Shipping Policy 

After you complete your online order, you will receive an email confirmation of your order. Your order is packaged and shipped the same day of purchase. eBookorium currently uses Australia Post, Sendle and, Pack and Send. Delivery is approximately 3-5 business days within Australia. Domestic shipping, where charged, is $10 and, $8.95 for small paperbacks.  For International shipping, eBookorium uses FedEx and NZ Mail. Please allow extra time for International shipment. Overseas delivery charges depend on the destination and the quantity of books 

Recyclable materials - We only use recyclable materials in all our packaging - cardboard boxing, honeycomb paper protective packing and, organic inks. 

Backorders - Where you request a book/s that is on backorder you will be notified via email, of the approximate arrival time of the book/s to our store and then to you. If you wish to check on delivery time of any backorders please email info@ebookorium.com

Remaindered books -  Sometimes a publisher remainders a book to clear out inventory space. Remaindered books are new books which are sold at a lower cost than the recommended retail price. Remainder books will have a discreet dot or stripe across the top or bottom of the book on the outside of the pages. eBookorium occasionally purchases remaindered books where a title is elsewhere unattainable. Where a remaindered book is for sale, it will be noted in the description. 

Returns and Refunds Policy - Physical Books

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns if you notify us via email within one (1) day of receipt of your book. To be eligible for a return, your book must be returned within five (5) days of your initial notification to us. The book must be in the exact same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging in which you received it.

To initiate a return, please contact our Brilliant Book Buyers Services at info@ebookorium.com with your order number or title and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorisation number and instructions on how to proceed with the return.

Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

In accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles guidelines, an organisation or agency can use or disclose personal contact information for the reason they collected it (the primary purpose), including for direct marketing activities. eBookorium will not use or disclose personal contact information for another reason (a secondary purpose).

Because you give eBookorium your contact details to receive our Newsletter, it is important we disclose the following information:

• We will only collect those contact details you have given approval in writing to us, to send you our Newsletter.
• We do not disclose these details to any other party; they are for the sole purpose of providing our Newsletter to you. You can, at any time, inform us that you no longer wish to receive the Newsletter. To unsubscribe is a simple, one-step action. Look for the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of the Newsletter. Once you have clicked on the link to unsubscribe, you will then receive notification of your subscription cancellation.
• Should you not wish to provide your contact details for our Newsletter, we will not be able to provide the Newsletter to you.
